    • Wash the product and your hands before use.
  • Lubricate and insert

    • Lie down comfortably and spread your legs apart.
    • Cover the product in a good-quality lubricant.
    • Insert the ball making sure that the loop is still hanging outside.
    • Your pelvic floor muscles will be naturally activated to hold and keep the ball in place.
  • Contract and relax

    • For added challenge, you can perform light contractions and relaxations when the ball is inside.
    • Contract for 5 seconds then relax for the next 5 seconds.
    • Repeat 5 times to complete 1 set. Perform 3 such sets for best results when using kegel balls at home.
